benefici\u00e1rio intermedi\u00e1rio dos fundos europeus do Plano de Recupera\u00e7\u00e3o e Resili\u00eancia para o desenvolvimento das atividades ligadas \u00e0 economia do mar e, nomeadamente, para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Hub Azul, no qual ser\u00e3o investidos 87 milh\u00f5es de euros.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A altera\u00e7\u00e3o jur\u00eddica permite que a DGPM possa assegurar o necess\u00e1rio apoio t\u00e9cnico, administrativo e log\u00edstico ao pleno funcionamento do Fundo Azul, conferindo-lhe uma maior capacidade de interven\u00e7\u00e3o e de mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Fundo Azul tem por objetivo apoiar o crescimento sustent\u00e1vel nos setores marinho e mar\u00edtimo, reconhecendo a import\u00e2ncia do Oceano
