Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados (RGPD), aprovado pelo Regulamento (UE) 2016\/679 do Parlamento Europeu e do Conselho, de 27 de abril de 2016, relativo \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o das pessoas singulares no que diz respeito ao tratamento de dados pessoais e \u00e0 livre circula\u00e7\u00e3o desses dados, existe a obrigatoriedade de designa\u00e7\u00e3o de um Encarregado de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados para as autoridades e organismos p\u00fablicos.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text\">\u200b<\/span>Assim, nos termos da al\u00ednea a) do n.\u00ba 1 e dos n.os 5 e 6 do artigo 37.\u00ba do RGPD, foi designado como Encarregado da Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Dados da Dire\u00e7\u00e3o Geral de Pol\u00edtica do Mar, o Eng.\u00ba Ricardo Veloso Carvalho, Diretor de Servi\u00e7os de Estrat\u00e9gia da DGPM, licenciado em Engenharia Mec\u00e2nica e P\u00f3s-graduado em Seguran\u00e7a de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o e em RGPD, com as certifica\u00e7\u00f5es profissionais CDPSE, CGEIT e CRISC, por deter as qualidades profissionais e as aptid\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias ao desempenho das inerentes fun\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>Ver d<span
